Rippling is AI powered human resources.
They are growing fast and on a sublease from Spotify at 4 World Trade Center.
But the company wanted a loft-like building in Midtown and worked with Sacha Zarba and Jeff Fischer of CBRE to find a new home.
With this move to Vornado's 330 West 34th Street, repped in house by Jared Silverman, that nearly doubles their space from 69,000 square feet to 133,000 square feet, they will get all the benefits of being able to use Vornado's Penn District amenities, plus Manhattan West and Hudson Yards for dining and shopping.
